ATOMS was far more personalized than the other search agency I used. They also consistently referred me to open positions a week before the other agency sent me the same position.

The initial interview with ATOMS seemed like I was actually interviewing for a job! This process gave me confidence that ATOMS understood my skills as an educator and my needs during the search.
